The NC-880 is engineered with an all-new advanced design solution that's simple, straight-forward and economical. And it offers state-of-the-art performance and convenience features that are offered by no other pot washing system or method.
Simply load the heavy-duty wash rack with soiled pots, serving pans, cooking utensils and other cookware. Position it inside the NC-880. Then close the door and press the green "start" button. In just seconds the door is automatically locked, and thirty two high-power nozzles oscillate and spray the cookware with hot water and tough cleaning granules for optimum scrubbing performance. In less than five minutes, you'll have clean, SANITIZED pots and pans that can be used immediately to meet high-volume foodservice demands.
The NC-880 utilizes two 4 hp. high-capacity pumps to generate intense blasting power with the scrubbing granules. As a result, the entire system runs quieter, cleaner and more reliably to stand up to daily use in the hardest environments.
The NC-880 can eliminate dedicated pot washing personnel, saving operators thousands of dollars annually by reducing labor cost, training and turnover... and by providing faster, more efficient turnaround of cleaned cooking utensils.
